I am subletting my 2 bedroom (or 1 bedroom + den) apt available
for September 1st for the remaining 2 months on my lease.
However, you can sign your own 1-yr lease and in that case it
wouldn't be a sublet at all. Rent is $1255/mo which includes
heat, water, energized covered parking space, dishwasher,
microwave, in-suite laundry, balcony, and ALL window treatments. Kitchen and bathroom have brand new white tiles. Bedroom and den have brand new carpets. The rest of the apartment has hardwood floors. It is 985 sq ft. The Grand Central Manor is a professional, quiet, adult, luxurious building with a full-fitness facility, game room and mini-movie theatre with a 60" flat screen television available for tenant use. It is also a pet-free building. Normally the security deposit is one-month's rent, but I am reducing that amount by $250 for anyone who likes the wall colours the way it is, or for anyone who is going to paint it anyways. Otherwise, I will have to paint it back to it's original white by myself. Also, there is usually a $400 pet fee for this building, but since I already paid it, you would not have to.
